The Green Building Resource Center is located at Seremban, Malaysia. Seremban is the heart of Negeri Sembilan. The site proposed is located along the main road (Jalan Yam Tuan). It consists of 3 empty lots and 2 occupied shop lot building. The idea is to change the present purpose to a new a function which is the green building resource centre. Applying the concept of “back to basics” which enhances the purpose and function of the building proposed.

Wildly standing like rhythmic tropical forest, the urban planning green building resource centre in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is the first and new civic sculpture in town. The building exterior is an architectural marvel that leaves no structural print in mind, which has a unique identity. Grabbing the opportunity to become the new nodes of Seremban with the potential surrounding of the site. The project aims at creating a symbolic image, which can enhance the health of Seremban residents.

The purpose of the Green Building Resource Center (the “GBRC”) is to showcase green building technologies for the 21st Century. The project strives to reach and educate thousands of people in Seremban and other regions, while serving as the headquarters and an educational “platform” to help transform the built environment.
