PLACE READING – PROJECT ORIGIN
Located in Tacuri – Nayón, the house G2G is implanted in a corner lot of 2.085m2. With two fronts onto the main street, the one 51m and the other 38m. The front-facing longer this gets at all hours in the morning sun. Two parallel walls run in a north – south are the origin of the project. These walls contain circulation and allow us to organize spaces. Longer forward (east) are located all primary spaces and towards the rear (west) all secondary spaces.

PROGRAM – STRUCTURE – FORM
The two parallel walls mark the main entrance where the tour starts architectural program, which follows a logical sequence of operation and seeks to integrate all major spaces each. All these rooms have views over the front garden. A series of aluminum doors and glass doors, help us to integrate the indoors with the outdoors. The ordered structure and set back in the front facade, is anchored to the two parallel walls, formed a skeleton that supports all the architectural program. Overall, program and structure create the combination that gives shape to the project.

MATERIALS
Large parallel walls covered with stone, white volumes, concrete sills, wood accents and vegetation allow us to compose the “architecture”.
